Teams that want one vendor to own encode, package, and the player stack get a deeply integrated pipeline, especially for live event workloads where the ladder and the player have to ship together.

Bitmovin closes the encode-to-player loop; Streamwake sits above it. We apply the detect → classify → remediate → postmortem loop on the QoE and edge signals the Bitmovin player emits, and on the packaging-job failure modes Bitmovin records, while leaving the encoder, the per-title ladder, and the player surface untouched.
